Megan Sumaya

President

Megan is a fourth-year Animal Science major from Perris, California. She has been line dancing for two years with the CLDC! She is ecstatic and honored to be your CLDC President this year and can't wait to share her love of line dancing with everyone. Megan hopes to not only grow the line dancing community at Cal Poly but also ensure every member has a safe place to be themselves and have fun! When she's not on the dance floor, Megan can be found obsessing over books, hangout with her friends and baking way too many muffins. She also enjoys spontaneous adventures, butchering songs in karaoke, and Mac and cheese.

C.J. DuHamel

C.J. is a second year Computer Science major from Camarillo, California! During Quarter Plus, a freshman summer orientation program, he attended a line dancing activity and has been hooked ever since. He has been an instructor since his first year at Cal Poly and has loved being able to share his passion and the gift of dance with as many people as possible so that they can enjoy it as much as he does! Outside of line dancing, he loves surfing, snowboarding, playing guitar, video games, cooking and spending time with friends. A fun fact about him is that he has never danced a day in his life before coming to Cal Poly.
